This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to most of the attractions or take the nearby Metro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even have balconies or terraces with great views. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Plus, there are plenty of breakfast options available, whether you choose the hotel's breakfast or explore the surrounding area.

The only issue was some noise from the street, but closing the windows solved that problem.

I had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! The first thing I loved about it was the cleanliness. The rooms were super clean and very well-maintained. The staff was also accommodating. They were always ready to help and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better. It was in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. We were just a short walk away from the San Miguel Market and Plaza Mayor, made exploring the city so convenient. And the best part was that public transportation and great food options were all within easy reach.

Great location right off Puerta del Sol. Area is very busy with tourists though felt safe. Metro station close by. AC worked well. Easy to walk to most places as a tourist. Hotel held my lost item. English-speaking staff. Comfortable and good value.

This hotel's central location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It's perfect for light sleepers, as it is surprisingly quiet despite being in the center of everything. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which was a relief for someone like me whose Spanish is not very good. I also appreciated the complementary bottles of water in the room. Additionally, the breakfast had a great variety of foods and was reasonably priced, comparable to a 4 or 5 star hotel. I highly recommend taking the open top bus tour, as it gives you a fantastic overview of all there is to see in the city. The subway entrance was just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and there were plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is great, situated close to Atocha station for easy airport access, with plenty of shops nearby. The area is peaceful, especially in October. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with excellent soundproofing. The breakfast offered plenty of variety and the terrace was a lovely spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were basic but more than sufficient.

Our toiletries were not of the highest quality, but this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

Additionally, this hotel was located on a busy plaza, so there was always something happening until the early hours for additional entertainment.
